SHIPPING

Please Note: We will be out of the Country from Thursday, March 9, 2017 through Monday, March 20, 2017. All orders placed between the specified dates will not be shipped out until Tuesday, March 21, 2015. Please be aware that we will have limited access to emails between these dates. All emails will be reviewed and replied to on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.  

All orders are processed between 1-5 business days pending item availability and payment. Some of our items are limited; as a result, we may sell out of an item. If this happens, you will be notified immediately via email. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday. All orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed and ship Monday. Disclothesure is not responsible for express orders placed over the weekend; they will be processed on Monday as well. Please be advised that our shipping providers do not ship items to P.O. Boxes. If you provide a P.O. Box you will be responsible to pay the extra charges to change shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to customs in each country, shipping times for international orders may vary. For this reason we cannot guarantee arrival dates on international orders.

RETURNS

If you are not pleased with your purchase we will gladly exchange or refund your money within 7 days of purchase.  

Customers are accountable for the return shipping. Disclothesure insist that you ship your package with insurance using a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns must be in their original, unworn condition, within 7 days of purchase. All times are inspected according to the condition in which they were shipped. Disclothesure reserves the right to refuse returns of any item based on its condition. Please note that the original shipping is non-refundable. You will be refunded the exact amount minus the shipping. All accessories, handbags, under garments, and sale items are final sale.

In the case of a damaged item. Disclothesure will gladly replace or refund any item that you received damages within 5 days of purchased.

In order for us to process your order quickly, you must return the item(s) that you no longer want, along with the completed return and exchanges form included in the original package. Please make sure to provide the order number on your return label. Once your package has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. You will be notified once your item(s) have been received and inspected. Any items that do not meet the requirements will be sent back to you at your own expense.

LOST SHIPMENTS

Disclothesure is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.

Packages that are returned to us because of bad address incur charges. These charges will be passed along to the customer and are not the responsibility of Disclothesure.
